Before you can start adopting a new technology and way of working, you need to know where you are.
The famous clothes brand Burberry, contracted the API specialists AppyThings to guide them in their transition towards an API-first way of working. AppyThings asked me to support Burberry's team with a gap-analysis to find out what effort needed to be put in.
Together with experts from AppyThings I set up questionnaires, conducted interviews with stakeholders and gathered the results with our advice in a report. For the management summary I used my visual storytelling skills to create an easy to understand presentation. The use infographics allowed me to condense the information without losing clarity.
