Without engagement any transition becomes a difficult journey. But how do you convince IT professionals to work according to new standards? And how do you explain IT concepts that have such an impact on business, to non-technical people?
This was the challenge for the API-first team at If, Scandinavia's larggest insurer. I was hired by API-specialist AppyThings to support the team on the people engagement aspects of their program. In close collaboration with the transition team I developed a narrative for the program and translated that into explainer videos, presentations, infographics and training materials.
