Onboarding is about more than just knowing where to pick up your key card and receiving a security training. Setting standards for behaviour, creating rites of passage and clear expectations makes starting your new job rewarding.
Working directly with management, I helped Mambu Analyse the key components of their onboarding process. By defining clear stages in the onboarding process with goals for knowledge and behaviour we were able to streamline the onboarding experience.
The program is made easy and accessible with a solution that we built in standard agile software. Spiced up with custom icons and labels to please the eye and make different categories easy to recognise. By using agile organisation I was able to ultimately create a solution that is both motivating and easy to use. A versatile and easy to maintain tool for HR.
