Medux, the largest provider of medical support devices in the Netherlands was looking for a way to scale up a pilot with no-code platform AppSheet (Google). They contracted a specialist: Appalot. For them I was responsible for supporting Medux with setting up a centre of enablement for no-code and coordinating the consulting team. During 8 months I helped structure the operation model, designed processes, delivered a set of visual tools and templates to guide citizen developers, developed a training program and created a community platform.
